Refund Policy

Our products are made to order specifically for you with each purchase. As a result, we do not accept returns for simple change of mind (wrong size selected, no longer liking the color, etc.).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@eurorebel.store with a photo of the issue, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right (refund or free reprint).

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized — which is the case for our made-to-order printed products.

Refunds
If your claim for a defect is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
